Import Face Off is within full effect and we are scheduled to attend nearby events 8/08 Wichita, Kansas , 8/29 Columbus, Ohio , 9/05 Kansas City, Missouri. Also we are attending 7/03 Indianapolis, Indiana where we placed 1st and Runner Up in the N/A 4/6/Rotary Class. Come to race or come to support with us here at SUJA 1 Motoring.
Great Lakes Dragstrip is now open and this friday and saturday is free racing with spectator fee. You can check their calendar here. We will keep you posted on events that we will attend. Also on a side note we will be adding a clearance area where miscellaneous items will be for sale.

Hi to All and welcome to our new Events section. We will be setting up a calendar shortly that will list local events that we believe might be of interest to our customers, as well as ones we will be attending ourselves this upcoming season. Keep in mind that we are not at the point of organizing such large events ourselves right now, but this is our goal for the future. We have participated in many events hosted by many differnt sanctioned bodies and organizations and are hoping to help grow this dwindling past time. We know money is tight and so is time, so we will be attempting to acquire discounts and sponsorships from some of our leading suppliers of automotive performance and racing products. We will post such offerings under the products page of our site. We will also be looking into discounted track time for events if we can get enough early registrars.
Currently the best sources for event information is through the hosting organization or the actual raceway. We have found www.myautoevents.com to be helpful in getting alot of info on events w/links to the hosting club/organization. One of the main requiremens for attending alot of these events, is the use of a SNELL/DOT +2000 helmet. We are working on setting something up with a couple of manufactures and distributors for samples and discounts. As well as other safety equipment and apparel(ie gloves,suits,harnesses,roll cages/bars).The goal is to get as many people as possible to commit to purchasing a helmet and we can request a bid from the manufacturers for filling that order. The more we have, the cheaper is will be for everyone (essentially a group buy). We will post when we have samples in stock for people to try on. More info will follow on details of how to show interest in such a deal and if a deposit will be needed.
Another requirement is being able to pass TECH. We have found that most events of the same type, ie drag, road racing, autoX, have about the same requirements. However, there are special considerations for each group. So please check the latest rulebooks/regulations for the type of events you want to participate in to make sure you can pass tech. Obviously with our own track experiences, we can help you pass tech with more assuredness than by going it alone. So don't hesitate to drop us a line on questions or schedule an appointment to have us go over your vehicle with you. The main goal is to achieve the best possible safety levels in all aspects of the driver and car. SAFETY SAVES LIVES. Finally! Due to popular demand, our EF hydraulic clutch master cylinder conversion is in production and we're taking orders. Our kit will bolt on to your existing pedals and will require very little welding. All pieces for the welding job are included and should be easy for anyone with welding skills.
JUST RELEASED! After a year of R&D in conjunction with PIC performance, SONEM bushings are released to the public. Everyone knows that factory rubber bushings tear and become deformed due to age and stress. Our Hondas aren't getting any younger. After performing numerous suspension installs and maintenance, we saw there was a need to upgrade the bushings. After rigorous testing, we've finally found what we've been looking for.
